Walk Sunday 16th March 2008

The Alexander Technique friends walk will meet up at the cafe in Finsbury Park on Sunday 16th March 2008. Its about 5-10 minutes from Finsbury Park tube. I will be the one sitting at a table with a small sign saying 'AT WALK'

We'll meet at 3pm and go on from the cafe either to Highgate (probably ending up at Jacksons Lane) or Crouch End (probably ending up at the World Cafe). Bring boots as the walk can sometimes be quite muddy.

In the event of bad weather the walk might be shortened.
